Very relaxing feel with plenty of things to do

Lake views relaxing. Two bedrooms but one bed was too bouncy. The other was a reasonable option. With Swansea-Belmont so close the on site restaurant was over-priced.

Hopeless management! Have taken money from me without any consent, charged me for a house that was never available and then haven't returned the overcharged money. Manager of the property doesn't communicate. Questionable accommodation, cockroaches and dirty. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Spacious 4 bedroom place with linen supplied. No wifi and no access to the garage which was not advertised. Dining seats 10 with additional outdoor setting. Lack of cooking utilities which made it difficult to use the bbq facilities. No basic salt or pepper provided. Lack of bin liners for main kitchen bin. And only 2.5 bathrooms as only toilet in loft. Generous with toiletries provided. Pools were well kept and maintained. Plenty of tennis courts and the jet buzz ride is a must for a thrilling adventure. All staff were friendly and willing to accommodate where possible

Our villa was tucked away and nice and private

Although the grounds and outdoor facilities were great and well maintained the accommodation was appalling. Outdated, dirty, smelly, broken cupboard doors, verandah timber was rotten, kitchen exhaust fan full of grease, crockery stained, holes in walls, bathroom exhaust fan broken, and many other issues. Booked for 2 nights but could only handle 1. No parking at the villa. Had to park a distance away and then no external lighting. Led to a fall over the footpath and injury. Staff were helpful but owners of these villas need to spend some money on maintenance.

The staff and overall resort were friendly helpfull and nice The resort itself apart from the accomadation was fansastic. The accomadation we were given was at best pathetic.

Stayed in a loft villa for two nights in November 2021. Starting with the positives: - Nice location by the lake - Spacious and quiet - Great outdoor spaces for BBQ’s However there were severe deficiencies: - No WiFi. While they want to state that Wi-Fi is available at the business Centre, a basic default assumption is that WiFi should be available in each apartment. - Villa had weirdly uncomfortable couches so hard to relax in apartment - Creepy upstairs area - in a cupboard was a weird and creepy mini bed that looked recently used and had to check underneath to make sure no extra people in villa. Also had a musty smell. - On site restaurant is of disappointing food quality. - Came back to my car with a sign on windshield stating that I should park elsewhere. Given I was in a visitor park as close to my villa I am not sure where else I was supposed to go. Overall the excuses for these deficiencies by management of individual owners of buildings is not really relevant when the accommodation is worse than most private resident AirBnB accommodation. Would not recommend this place.
