Raffertys Resort

I have been visiting Raffertys since 1997. Have always been incredibly satisfied with resort. We rent one of the larger houses and it has never disappointed. Our group ordered various meals from the onsite Restaurant. I ordered the Pork Belly, Salmon with fennel. Both meals were next level exquisite!! Friends had the prawns...OMG, I want the recipe!!! Steaks were cooked perfectly. The squid was "best I've ever had" This is by far one of the BEST MEALS I have ever had. Well done to the chefs (who work in a small kitchen BTW). The onsite water sports company were fabulous too!

Great fun. Lots of activities for the kids. Beautiful scenery. Fantastic hospitality.

The property is old and rundown. Not enough parking for visitors. Difficult to contact reception - not able to contact them by phone and they did not respond to email.

Lovely place beautiful surroundings the staff was very accommodating

The resort has so much potential....it needs money spent on it .....staff were good.....Cams Wharf cafe was the only restaurant open and the service was bad and the food was terrible... also had potential if had been run by others. The location is magic just needs some TLC

Beautiful place to stay but just the little things like the all the kitchen wasn't clean The balcony was had red back spiders iwhich got rid off them. The lady were great

Great place to stay with families and groups. A relaxing place next to the lake and the staff were friendly.

The cottage was run down. The carpeted area (stairs and bedrooms) hadn't been vacuumed when we arrived. Kitchen not very well equipped which was challening since the resort restaurant wasn't open. The property had foxtel but hardly any channels were available. No wifi. Resort facilities were good. The beach was lovely. Good watersports and tennis. Lovely grounds, great for kids.

Wow what a beautiful place to stay! We stayed in the room with a loft. There were 2 bedrooms downstairs & another upstairs. 2 bathrooms, laundry, front & back sitting areas, fully equipped kitchen, 2 tv’s. The room was spotless and quiet. The gardens & property were well maintained. We loved our stay & would definitely return. Only downside- reception is open from 10-2 & check in was from 2 onwards,, doesn’t make sense. We were meant to get an email with check in info but we didn’t. We were however able to track someone down that helped us out. Overall we loved it. A great family holiday, & there is boat hire as well. Thank you Raffertys for making our stay memorable.
