Great stay. Very clean, great breakfast, friendly staff

Very nice stay! Our room was comfortable and extremely clean. The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast had numerous options. Would stay again.

We checked in and the ceiling was covered in a black mold-looking substance. The front desk said they were sold out, but would ‘wipe it down’. I asked for a refund and booked another place. They said there wasn’t anyone there authorized to refund the room…hotels.com also wouldn’t refund the room until the hotel manager came back to work to authorize it. So I’m still waiting to find out if I’ll get my money back. I do have thorough videos of the situation, and documentation of the online chats and phone calls to Hilton. I’ve never seen a Hampton inn so poorly kept and I’ve stayed in them all over the United States.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. When I arrived, there were no towels in the room. The entire space felt humid and had a strong smell of mold, making it very uncomfortable to relax or sleep. It clearly wasn't properly maintained or cleaned. Would not recommend until improvements are made.

The front desk seem to always have trouble with checking in prepaid reservations. They seem to not know how to manage their job responsibilities by not knowing how to properly look into or check in Expedia advance paid reservations.

I don't expect much out of more-than-reasonably-priced hotels - you get what you pay for and I understand that. But c'mon.... front end folks, at least *pretend* to be friendly. Worst service I've seen and/or experienced at a hotel and I travel a lot. The rooms smell musty (putting it kindly); and I say rooms because not only mine, but another couple I overheard complaining about it while waiting for my ride in the lobby. My sink wouldn't drain, the refrigerator sounded like it was about to explode, shower hooks in the bathroom halfway pulled out of the wall, hair all over the bathroom floor and in the shower, stains on almost every wall in the bathroom. Maybe my experience was an anomaly but I would sure recommend spending the extra $10 a night and staying elsewhere.

Booked the room for four nights. After the FIRST night the room was not cleaned. We were out of the room ALL day. No towels were replaced, trash cans had take out from the night before, trash can in the bathroom was also full so we had nowhere to put additional trash. Here’s the front desk’s excuse for not cleaning the room…if there was something down they would not clean. The room was booked for four days so, yes we had something down. No reason not to take out trash or replace towels. I would never recommend this place. Very disappointed! No cleaning staff on duty to correct the problem. Why was that?!
