200 dollar fee that wasn’t told to me before booking through Expedia plus all the taxes which is inconvenient to someone if they aren’t told prior to booking because it’s also a no refund policy smh

"Beach cove stay 2025 "

Overall stay was good. My grandson is 12 and was upset that the sheets for the pull out sofa had spots on it, like stains from food or blood not sure. I feel like a good inspection over sheets is needed. Bathroom ceiling over shower needs repairs. Other that that my family enjoyed the stay. We will be back!

Nice resort. Room was nice and clean. I didn’t like the check in prices. I booked on Expedia for $169. Then when I got to the hotel they added extra charges for resort, taxes and stated either $250 deposit or $39 non refundable. Did the non refundable. When I got finish my 1 night stay was over $300.

"Fire alarm in The C tower went off continually "

We stayed in the C tower and for 3 days 5 times a day, Each day, the dang fire alarm went off and stayed on for long periods of time ... Totally sucked when sleeping!

We had a great time at Beach Cove! After a not so great experience with North Beach Resort right next to this property, this resort has a much better grip on what good service entails! Thank you!
