The Opera Hotel is a full-service hotel nestled on a tree-lined street and very convenient to central Kiev, complete with elegance and and a personal touch. The facilities and dining were first-rate. During my stay, I had considerable need for assistance with language, communications and transportation, and the concierge and front desk (Vitaly, Ekaterina and entire Team) were unbelievably helpful, always friendly and even very patient with my multiple requests. This was one of the finest hotel experiences I’ve ever had, worldwide. I look forward to returning to this home-away-from-home.

This is a beautiful hotel, in a fantastic neighborhood. The amenities are better than expected.

Very clean and quiet rooms. I specially like that there’s good supply of hot water any time of the day. The lobby is very welcoming and the restaurant (Teatro) serves very good and varied buffet breakfast. Guests has the possibility to order how they want their eggs done. I must commend specially the chef for very good business lunch daily. The concierge personnel are very professional and very helpful. I have an issue with the foreign exchange unit though because it is not open all day.

I always stay here when I come to Kiev. This entire staff makes you feel as if you’re family. Simply couldn’t be better!!
