Opera Hotel

Had a nice time at this hotel. It is on the lower end of 5 star hotels but great option for the money and en excellent experience. One of the highlights was the restaurant experience. Fantastic Italian chef with outstanding menu.

The jacuzzi tub is literally COLD and contradicts the term ‘hot tub’. The fitness facility is limited in area and machines - although machines are new. Staff is knowledgeable and well rehearsed in English language. My particular room had electrical problems but I was offered upgrade to new upgraded room or no charge buffer breakfast. I chose the free buffet breakfast which was spectacular!

This is the best hotel in Kiev! It is located very centrally, but not right next to the metro (10-min walk), in a quiet, green area of old Kiev. You can wonder around looking at grand old buildings and charming cafes. The service is excellent, rooms are big with high ceilings and great beds. Very good linens, great pillows, huge windows open for fresh air. Spa should be on your list in this place. This hotel gives you real opportunity to relax after a long day. The staff will do literally anything to help you. Amazing place.

Very stylish Ukrainian hotel with top great furnishings and service

Service and location were excellent. The only downside was the thickness of the rooms’ walls...they’re very thin.

Helpful, friendly staff. Walking distance to a lot of tourist sites. Beautiful building. Spacious rooms. Air conditioning.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Staff was extremely helpful on several occasions like helping me to purchase and set up a local SIM card (with everything in Ukrainian).
