Many new owners this year employee turnover high. Poor training and poor management backup. Probably a venture capital type experience. Venerable traditional motel complex in Smokies mismanaged.

This picturesque resort was perfect for my daughter’s wedding. We had a glorious experience. Accommodations were great and the staff attentive and kind. Both Hazel’s and Dam Garage had decent food. Lodging options were good too!
