Close to town and beaches
Outside of the hotel looks lovely. Sea facing hotel room is a must. Rear of the hotel is not as pretty. No air conditioning in the room and only found the fan in morning. Breakfast buffet was good but we’ve had better
Prior to arrival the communication with the hotel was terrible. No way to contact reception and the phone lines constantly do not work or switched off. Looks like a lack of staff issue or overworked perhaps. It’s very poor. The worst I’ve ever experienced. Upon arrival check in was fine and relatively swift. The room on the top floor was big but space underutilised. The bed was small for the room. TV far away from the bed. Was clean but a million different sets of lights and none of them appeared to work the main light in the room. Bathroom again big but the shower is above the bath. The bath has a concave wavy floor and the shower head is above the centre. It’s impossible and impracticable to have a wavy bath floor when trying to have a shower. It’s really poor. However you do get a TV in there for some reason. The corridors had trolleys and food left out all the time we stayed and they were there in the morning still. Again a lack of staff appears the issue. It’s OK but how people can have their wedding here is beyond me. A 4/10 because it was clean and I only had to pay £6 for the stay. I would not go back.
Lovely hotel.
The hotel is very run down and definitely not a four star hotel by usual standards. Very noisy with people up and down the corridors as well as children screaming, view onto the car park for a superior room which was pretty dire. The bed was so hard and it was an uncomfortable night.

Lovely theatre stay once again. Friendly staff and room upgrade which was nice.
