Check-in was at 3 pm , room was still not ready at 4:30pm. When it was ready it was disgusting. Room was not cleaned and smelled like bleach and fish.

room looked like it all needed updating: Specifics 1) chair seat with huge stain 2) tv set up with cables and wires all over and in awkward place at a tilt 3) door looks like an animal has scratched it terribly 4) bathroom sink was all discolored and cracked looking by drain 5) discoloration in bathroom in several places ( tiles, bathtub) 6) cockroaches in bathroom ( came out from behind bathroom mirror)

This hotel smells like cigarettes through out the whole hotel the staff was very non helpful when I made a complaint when I asked for a new room I wasn’t accommodated. It was very noisy I could hear what was going on in the other rooms next to me and on top of me. There were cigarett burns on the furniture. I will not be staying there ever again and I wouldn’t recommend it

Cops are around often. The advertising never mentions that they cater to people DSS. They should've at least put it down there so we can have a choice to stay there or not. False advertising

The room was in dire need of updating and replacing fixtures. The floor was cheap the chair had a huge stain on seat. ( looked sleezy) The beds were comfortable. The sink had all crackles and stains in it. We were willing to overlook because the room looked relatively clean otherwise. That was until the next morning when we saw a cockroach in the bathroom. We couldnt check out fast enough. We talked with front desk girl Meghan and relayed our concerns. She said she would relay to hotel manager. We still haven’t been notified by him. My advice stay away from this Microtel. Unfortunately for us now we will stay away from all Microtel.

This facility serves the homeless and less fortunate, which was not mentioned in its advertising. I notice many police officers are present here every day, and it makes me feel scared for my safety due to some individuals in the area. Additionally, I was placed in three different rooms before I finally received a clean one. The first room smelled of urine, and the second one reeked of cigarette smoke.

Convenient location off highway and near Legoland. It’s set near walkable restaurants too.

They cancelled my booking within hours of my check in time. No assistance in finding any accommodation in any Wyndham hotels anywhere close. Just a ‘sorry, we’ve cancelled your booking’.(said there was room damage) I will never book a stay at Wyndham ever again.
