Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Middletown

Service attendant was not available upon arrival for 30 minutes. The first room I was offered had curtains with rips and furniture damage and smelled. Given another room was ok tub had a slow drain. Noisy people in other rooms.

Clean

The room was so bad smell. Bed sheets had blood stains. All night people argued at the hallway and banging the door. It is not safe.

The heat worked and the bed was clean

I’m not sure what is going on but I used to stay in this hotel a few years ago and it was great, now it seems that homeless people are living in this hotel and every night it is loud and people are standing around outside the front door smoking weed and or having a psychotic episode. The rooms don’t have all the soap or towels just about every time I stay here. I’m not interested in traveling for work and having to listen to people screaming at each other in the other rooms or eyeing me up when I walk in the building or camping out in the lobby having social hour. I won’t stay here again. It’s a shame that it’s better to stay at a motel 8. Like I said I stayed here every two weeks for two years between 2020-2022. It was wonderful. I come back 3 months ago and it’s terrible.

TV remote problem not dealt with satisfactorily.

Your staff stole my money from booking .com. They gave me a handicap room that had blankets towels all over floor room. It took me two hours to get my room aft 3 reservations because they kept trying to steal. The room they gave me after the first one had people fighting all night until 6 am. I WILL NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER PROPERTY OF YOURS.

EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE AND THE MANAGER STOLE MY FUNDS WITH THE YOUNG CO WORKERS TERRIBLE PEOPLE.

Lobby overwhelmingly smelled cigarettes. Property being used as temporary section 8 housing.
