"Rude staff unclean"

We stayed at this hotel whilst attending Sturgis bike rally. Unfortunately we would not recommend staying here the staff were unhelpful and rude. The photos online are not current, the pool no longer has a slide and it was dirty and unhygienic. The room cleanliness was fair but could have been much better our friends found previous occupants clothing under the bed and our “fresh” towels were already dirty. The bottom of the bath was dirty and the grout mouldy. One of the days our room wasn’t cleaned at all even after being asked if we wanted the room serviced (we said yes) the next day we were out from 8am - 5pm on our return the room again had not been serviced and took over an hour for someone to come to do the job after contacting reception.

The hot tub did not work. We asked several times about it and we just got blown off. Our refrigerator made an awful noise and said something and it never was looked at. Staff wasn’t friendly at all.

"Disappointing trip for the $$$"

Room was premium priced for Rally. Shades not working had to stand on chair to tuck them up for light. Pillows sucked Front door to hotel was blocked with motorcycles and manager did nothing to allow access for loading and unloading. This was the worst hampton inn I’ve ever been to. Not saying people were rude just that the whole place needs work.

"Great staff and clean motel"

I loved the location and room was clean. Staff was excellent overall though it's a great place to stay and I would stay there again.

The rates being higher than normal for the Sturgis Rally was a bit steep and the breakfast was not very warm. But the service was amazing
