Great hotel with a splensis view over the ocean, and great food. Many thanks to all the the staff and especially to Roula and Agapitos.

Average budget hotel with friendly staff. If you're after cheap and cheerful get away this is the right hotel for you. All coffee’s are from a machine, drinks served in plastic cups, everything is on par with what a budget hotel would offer. I wouldn't return as I paid enough to take me to another country for a better quality.

Honest Review of Sol Cosmopolitan Hotel We’ve been to Turkey for the last few years, and after our experiences there, we were expecting a similar standard in Greece. Unfortunately, Sol Cosmopolitan didn’t measure up to the quality of the hotels we've stayed at in Turkey. First Impressions We traveled as a family of four, with children aged 5 and 7. We left the UK at 11am and didn’t arrive at the hotel until 10pm. The staff seemed very tired and fatigued, and our first room was located opposite the pool bar, where there was a loud party. Even at 4am, the noise was still going strong, making it impossible for me to sleep despite being exhausted. Room Issues The next morning, we requested a room change and were given one with a view of a service road. This meant we were kept awake by buses and lorries passing by throughout the night. The state of the rooms was disappointing. In the first room, the door lock was broken and the sink was clogged. The second room, while quieter, had a damaged toilet flush. In both rooms, the fridge was extremely noisy, going off every five minutes, so we had to unplug it to get some peace. Bar and Staff Service There was only one bar open during the day—the pool bar—and the queues were long. The staff, unfortunately, were not very friendly. As a Polish guest, I asked for a double vodka with my drink because the cocktails were more like soft drinks than alcoholic ones. I was told that if I wanted a double, I needed to put 2 euros in the tip box. I don’t mind tipping, but I believe it should be given for good service, not when it's being "asked for" by the staff. The guy in glasses at the bar was particularly rude. Ice Cream and Food The ice cream corner was another disappointing experience. It’s self-serve, but the ice creams were so rock-solid that if there’s a queue of kids, you’ll be stuck waiting forever with no staff around to help. As for the food, it was decent in quality, but the menu was the same every day. After a week of eating the same food, it gets pretty tiring. There are some nice restaurants nearby, but you have to pay extra for those. This was a big disappointment for an all-inclusive hotel, as the lack of variety left us with little choice but to go out and pay for a different meal. Beach Disappointment Another big letdown was the beach. While the sea was beautiful and looked inviting, the beach itself was nothing like what we expected from the photos. It was mostly made of stones, not soft sand. We couldn’t even build a single sandcastle, which was a huge disappointment for our kids who love playing on the beach. Final Thoughts Overall, this is not a terrible hotel, but we won't be coming back. The quality of the hotels we’ve stayed at in Turkey, like Grand Yazici Marmaris, Club Tuana in Fethiye, and Asteria Family Resort in Belek, were far superior to Sol Cosmopolitan. After three trips to Greece, we’ve decided that Turkey will be our destination of choice moving forward.

This was our second visit to the hotel. We arrived as a family of seven to celebrate my mum's 80th birthday. My mum needed an accessible location and this was almost perfect. All of the hotel staff made this experience brilliant and nothing was to much trouble for them. The food is plentiful and to a high standard. Thank you to all the staff for making this an awesome memory for my mum. Will definitely return at some point.

Arrived early hours of Sunday morning, our check in was quick, easy and staff were lovely. Our room is a small twin but it's only me and my son, so it's enough for us. A little dated but very clean so nothing to complain about for us. It's an inland view, so we are really close to all amenities. Brekkie, lunch and dinner has so far been great. We're not fussy eaters but id say there would be something for everyone. Again staff lovely and always clearing up and resetting the tables. The dining hall is big which means it's very busy and loud but again hasn't bothered us. We prefer lunch at the pool bar, the pizza and pasta are 👌 (chefs kiss) This is the one thing I wasn't looking forward too 'sunbed wars'. Yes it is busy, yes there are a lot of people who 'save' their spots but we've always found a decent spot. The pools are colder than a polar bears pocket so not actually braved anything over than my big toe 🤣, however there are a few folks been in and wee kids dont seem to be bothered. Rhodes old town is well worth the trip, we went twice. All in all fantastic holiday, fantastic hotel and would definitely return thank you

What can I say... I've just come back from the best holiday of my life! A huge thank you to the hotel for their warm welcome (special mention to Agapitos and Roula at reception), the room was beautiful, modern, clean and the view was amazing!! The main buffet? There was so much choice, it was impossible to get bored or not find something you liked! Whether you're an omnivore, vegetarian or even vegan, there's something for everyone! My favourite thing: the exceptional breakfast! As for the bars, there is a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks! The bar staff are great! Always there to chat with you, they serve you with a big smile and make you want to spend time with them: Kostas, Dimitris, Katerina, Mikes and Giwrgos! The entertainment team is obviously the heart of the hotel! Energetic, motivating, lively, I love them! Special mention to Leslie, Felicia and Alice who do a great job and are clearly a plus for the hotel! Thank you to them, I will never forget you! In short, I had a great holiday and I highly recommend this hotel! See you soon, I hope.

Just returned from our 1st visit. Excellent hotel and food. We were made welcome from the moment we arrived. A particular shout to the daytime entertainment team. Leslie and the girls were fantastic
