Property Notes

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf and Spa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note, all guests names must be disclosed at time of booking, including children. Children's ages must also be disclosed. Children can enjoy the swimming pool at the spa between 09:00-10:30 and 15:00-17:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00-10:30, 15:00-16.30 and 17.00-18.30 on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday. If guests would like to bring their dogs with them during their stay, please state this in advance in the Special Requests box when booking, as rooms that allow dogs are subject to availability. Adam's Brasserie is open daily from 12.00-22.00. The Wernher Restaurant is open for dinner on Friday and Saturday, and for Sunday Lunch from 12.30pm - 3.00pm. The restaurant does not impose a certain a dress code, yet most guests choose smart casual or formal wear. Dinner, bed and breakfast rates include a three-course dinner in Adam's Brasserie per adult. Children's rates include breakfast only with dinner charged accordingly. Advanced booking is essential for guests that want to dine in either of the hotel's restaurants. The hotel can be contacted using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Guests wishing to book spa treatments, are advised to do so in advance. Complimentary Spa Access for Residents from 3pm on day of check-in, to 11am on the day of check out. Access outside of these times will be chargeable at £30 per adult and £10 per child. Please note, when bookings 5 rooms or more, different policies and deposits will apply.

The property is steeped in history, well cared for and exquisite

I can’t rate the pool as regrettably on both times I tried to experience the levels of chlorine were too high therefore the pool was closed. I booked a 55 min treatment for my husband yet the massage was 40 mins max and he was charged the full price .

"Met our expectations"

The distance to use the Spa. The distance our room was from entrance restaurant - my sister does not walk very well and we were at the furthest point away at the end of the east wing, though room and facilities were great.

"If only the food had have matched the beauty of the hoo"

Wonderful location and beautiful interior . The different rooms used for afternoon teas etc are simply stunning . The grounds and drive up to the mansion were breathtaking. I would love to come when re opened to see the before and after .

The food sadly wasn’t 5 star quality and I was very dissatisfied by the limited menu and quality . The presentation and options were very dated . I didn’t realise when I booked it’s due to close for a very long referb which explains the tired facilities in the spa area .

"Don’t stay unless your are happy being let down"

Beautiful building living in its former glory. Lovely location

They advertise golf but that is being dug up. The property is about to be closed for refurbishment which is very overdue. Because of this it’s not being fully staffed and and simple things like fitting tables and chairs with the cushions on on the patio has not been met
