Property Notes

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf and Spa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note, all guests names must be disclosed at time of booking, including children. Children's ages must also be disclosed. Children can enjoy the swimming pool at the spa between 09:00-10:30 and 15:00-17:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00-10:30, 15:00-16.30 and 17.00-18.30 on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday. If guests would like to bring their dogs with them during their stay, please state this in advance in the Special Requests box when booking, as rooms that allow dogs are subject to availability. Adam's Brasserie is open daily from 12.00-22.00. The Wernher Restaurant is open for dinner on Friday and Saturday, and for Sunday Lunch from 12.30pm - 3.00pm. The restaurant does not impose a certain a dress code, yet most guests choose smart casual or formal wear. Dinner, bed and breakfast rates include a three-course dinner in Adam's Brasserie per adult. Children's rates include breakfast only with dinner charged accordingly. Advanced booking is essential for guests that want to dine in either of the hotel's restaurants. The hotel can be contacted using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Guests wishing to book spa treatments, are advised to do so in advance. Complimentary Spa Access for Residents from 3pm on day of check-in, to 11am on the day of check out. Access outside of these times will be chargeable at £30 per adult and £10 per child. Please note, when bookings 5 rooms or more, different policies and deposits will apply.

Loved the location and beautiful grounds Spa was cute but had everything to feel relaxed!

Unfortunately staff were inattentive although reception staff were very accommodating I needed to upgrade in order to try and enjoy my stay, this was not cost effective as I expected much more. I am hopeful that after renovations starting September 2025 it will be much better

Beautiful old fashioned building

Dirty in the spa as there were no staff, don’t feel the building was maintained as the extractor fan kept us up all night and soon as we checked in at 4pm we had a maintenance man attend which isn’t a problem but you think this would have been done before check in time (4pm is late enough) also my partners 40th birthday arranged for petals to be put on the bed which was done however the mood was soon killed by the staff member that walked into our room wouldn’t leave it’s like he expected a tip! After complaining the next day to him saying we haven’t had no sleep as the humming from the extractor fan kept us up all night and never went off he just said sorry! No kind acts of service and still expected a service charge when I told him to take it off he said that’s for afternoon tea not for the room I said I have had dinner too explained the meal was salty and paid for a service charge then. I also emailed to ask for a complaints email and not received a response

"Very poor we sent a complaint to the hotel for compensation and have no reply to our issues"

Run down

We paid double the cost per night for a suite circa £450.00 compared to a normal room we booked for family circa £200.00 per night . We received no room service at all,for one example we had to go and collect food from the restaurant and bring it to our rooms to eat ,no water bottles in the room ,air conditioning did not work,we had to bring the baggage to and from reception on admission and discharge.
