Property Notes

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf and Spa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note, all guests names must be disclosed at time of booking, including children. Children's ages must also be disclosed. Children can enjoy the swimming pool at the spa between 09:00-10:30 and 15:00-17:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00-10:30, 15:00-16.30 and 17.00-18.30 on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday. If guests would like to bring their dogs with them during their stay, please state this in advance in the Special Requests box when booking, as rooms that allow dogs are subject to availability. Adam's Brasserie is open daily from 12.00-22.00. The Wernher Restaurant is open for dinner on Friday and Saturday, and for Sunday Lunch from 12.30pm - 3.00pm. The restaurant does not impose a certain a dress code, yet most guests choose smart casual or formal wear. Dinner, bed and breakfast rates include a three-course dinner in Adam's Brasserie per adult. Children's rates include breakfast only with dinner charged accordingly. Advanced booking is essential for guests that want to dine in either of the hotel's restaurants. The hotel can be contacted using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Guests wishing to book spa treatments, are advised to do so in advance. Complimentary Spa Access for Residents from 3pm on day of check-in, to 11am on the day of check out. Access outside of these times will be chargeable at £30 per adult and £10 per child. Please note, when bookings 5 rooms or more, different policies and deposits will apply.

The perfect location, the place with a great history and lots of historical artefacts. Fine dining. Excellent breakfast, restaurant and service. We enjoyed it much. Celebrating our dating anniversary. A pool and a spa were just for two of us. Looking forward to visiting again after reconstruction.

A spa/pool zone was not maintained and clean as usual. There were no shampoo/lotion/conditioner in the showers and unpleasant smell in a steam room (usually it is fir tree aroma). One of the sauna / saunette rooms didn’t work.

The hotel, spa and grounds were lovely.

Difficult to find, my sat nav got very confused taking us to closed gated locations due to half the estate now being in private hands. The absence of certain little things stops the experience from being an excellent one.

"Relaxing, good food and beautiful surroundings"

Evening meal was lovely, although we did have to wait a long time for plates to be removed and to be asked if we need anything else. Breakfast was delightful, full of choice and very good.

We did expect the pool to be in the hotel not having to walk 5 minutes away, so we didn’t use this facility which was a shame

"A Lovely Stay"

The room was huge with everything we needed including functioning air conditioning. There was a patio area with a table and chairs. The bed was large and comfortable . We had read some terrible reviews but we enjoyed our stay. The staff were attentive and friendly, the grounds were lovely and the pool was large and clean.

The hotel is closing next month for refurbishment. It does need updating but that did not detract from our stay.
