Standard rooms for £700 per night. Restaurant offerings limited / we ate at the Glasshouse buffet. £56 per head for a canteen. No turndown service

Service was below standard and negatively impacted the trip. We had to wait 30 min for coffee and order completely wrong (the manager kindly comped our bill), but then that night our waitress didn’t write down the order, half got messed up, and kids pasta etc came 20+ minutes after we finished eating! Unacceptable. Bbq lunch was inedible; 22£ for a burger that had been sitting out easily for an hour, Rooms allocated were the farthest possible from everything - our group was two families w toddlers. Incredibly inconvenient. Price point was good but would not come back due to too many issues.

Been a few times. This time not so good. Room rate at 450 night for what reception called a basic room. Down a really long characterless corridor Long walks to room. Window onto car park. Shower in bath very basic / old style no attachments Clean functional but not for couples really geared for conferences and large weddings. Even lost the massage chairs Night staff nice and helpful.

"Wonderful hotel"

Fantastic hotel with beautiful views and amenities. We went for the Jubilee weekend and there were great activities for kids. Staff is super friendly and breakfast was amazing! We will come back for sure.

Alex, a gentleman receptionist was accommodating and very helpful. We arrived late on a very rainy evening, he arranged a morning newspaper and a late check out. We enjoyed the lovely spa facilities and great buffet at the Garden House restaurant. Our room was warm, quiet and the bed was comfortable.

We had the most amazing visit to the Grove and were looked after so well from the moment we got there to the time we left. Such a beautiful hotel in stunning grounds. Would definitely recommend and would love to return some day. Thank you
