Inn on the Riverwalk

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The customer service was personal and professional, the San Jose suite was lovely and breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend.

Inn On The Riverwalk is absolute “jewel!” A lovely 1916 home in very good condition! Hardwood floors and high ceilings, the works. We loved the environment and continually felt at home! Margaret and Vanessa were delightful hostesses, not mention the Cadillac Breakfasts they prepared! Dr. Roland, the owner was a very pleasant man and friendly. The food was “homestyle” cooked and delicious!!! When in San Antonio, this is a “Must Stay”! We’ll be back, for sure!

This is truly a gym on the riverwalk. Wonderfully located between the missions and downtown. Excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance. My wife and I like to walk and we enjoy all of the places near the Inn to stop for a drink or to have dinner. The accommodations are excellent and quiet and we come here at least once a year for birthdays and or anniversaries

I did not like the feeling of being rushed at breakfast time. Food options were limited, Also, the air conditioner did not cool adequately and Jacuzzi tub did not work properly. When I complained, there was no real concern or offer to do anything about it or make any adjustments on my bill.

Great little B&B. Comfy and private. The old house is a really awesome look at how Texans used to live. Rooms are air conditioned and comfortable.

I was looking for a cozy home away from home in SA and remember I stayed here with my daughter for two nights last year. I never got around to say thank you for making it hospitable experience. Most importantly, it meant so much to us to be in a safe and secure area. The breakfast was great and got great reviews from my teen. The owner was cordial, and Margret went above and beyond to make it a pleasurable to stay. Thank you!! Hope to get back there one day soon.

I was really good! We went for a concert to the alamodome and wanted something with walking distance, super good location and comfy bed. We had a great time

This was the coziest, most serene place I've ever stayed at! Roland and Margaret were THE BEST! And breakfast was absolutely delicious! You will not be disappointed!
