Inn on the Riverwalk

Perfect for our family stay on the Riverwalk!

The location was perfect. Super close to the city center and it was an easy walk to get downtown. The staff was fantastic. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom was a little small and it was kind of hard to find a spot to plug in a flat iron to get ready in the morning.

The Inn sits on a quiet part of the riverwalk. You are able to walk to the busy part in about 10 minutes. I would not recommend it in the dark though. The Inn is run down and in need of a significant amount of remodel. We stayed in the cottage house because we were told it had more space. The room size is fine but the bathroom is small. No where to put your toiletries. I had mine sitting on the ground and toilet. The “jacuzzi” is very small. More like a tub. The fireplace is gas, which we didn’t know how to start. I felt for the price, it could have been a lot better. The breakfast was really good. And the staff is friendly. One of the owners came in the morning to talk with each of the guests. I also appreciated being able to park our car before and after checkout so that we could walk the riverwalk.

Friendly and responsive, the staff and owners made me feel incredibly welcomed during my stay. The location is convenient and right along the riverwalk. Highly recommended if you're looking for a more pampered, yet affordable experience.

Half a mile away from the Riverwalk, if you couldn’t walk it, you would have to drive and pay to park again. You have to pay to park at the B&B. Your room never ever gets dark. Looks like you have a light on all night long when don’t. Old creaky floors, so you can hear everybody walking around specially the people above you. And your breakfast was not made to order you got what they made.

Very old building. Needs major updating, inside and out. We were in room 1, ground floor and if you like sleeping in a very lit up room this is your room. Seriously we thought all the lights were still on after we shut them off. No way to avoid it! Breakfast was good. There was no”breakfast made to order” you got what was made. Bed was comfortable. Took about 10 minutes for the water to get hot. The staff (0ne woman) was very nice and accommodating. Overall not worth the money. NO free parking. The Riverwalk was half a mile from hotel. So plan on walking a lot!

Nice clean place. Perfect for our overnight Riverwalk stay. Right on the Riverwalk. Great communication and breakfast. Bed very comfortable. Dated but cute and clean.

We had our family get together, so having individual rooms away from the main house was perfect. The owners communicated well and a very helpful and friendly. Location was prefect for easy access to the riverwalk, but away from the busy/noisy area. Walking distance to most activities (.5 mile). Rooms were clean, bed was super comfortable, and nice clean bedding. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious (French toast was extra yummy). The only downside for us was the A/C was a little loud when it kicked on, and the street sweeper came through the street picking up and leaf blowing for a couple of hours after midnight (right outside our room). Overall, a great stay and definitely recommend for a B&B experience!

The street sweeper works between 12:30am and 2:30am. Be prepared for a short night of sleep!
