El hotel está muy bien cuidado. El personal es muy servicial y atento. Desde la recepción, los restaurantes, todo el personal.

Están muy limitados con las actividades. Que un sábado en la noche se haga un concurso de parejas y no un show está por debajo de lo esperado en un hotel de Punta Cana.

Esperar el trensito casi una hora y media para llegar al lobby con las maletas, demasiada gente uffff debieron tener más trensitos para la ocasión
