Our stay at Naka Island was truly unforgettable, and a big part of that was thanks to Liam. From the moment we arrived, Liam went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and comfortable. His attention to detail, warm personality, and genuine care for guests really stood out. He was always ready to help with anything we needed, and he did it with such kindness and professionalism. What made the experience even more special was how sincere and thoughtful he was — it never felt like just service, but real hospitality. Thanks to Liam, our stay felt extra relaxing and memorable. We truly appreciate everything he did for us. If you’re staying here, you’re lucky if you get to meet Liam. He’s absolutely amazing!

We travel extensively, and our stay at The Naka Island was among the best we've had anywhere. We stayed in an ocean view villa with pool and it was a beautiful and relaxing retreat. The food at the three restaurant was consistently very good to excellent. We highly recommend the calamari at Aiyara - a unique and very delicious preparation. We had several spa treatments and they were all excellent. We took a private Muay Thai class on the beach which was a great workout. Our instructor, Guy, was very warm and fun. All of the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Our villa came with butler service, and our Butler, Ploi, was simply wonderful. She took care of every request with warmth and kindness and she really made our stay magical.

Mein zweiter Aufenthalt auf Naka Island – und wieder einmal absolut außergewöhnlich. Der Service ist auf einem Niveau, das man nur selten erlebt: aufmerksam, herzlich und gleichzeitig unaufdringlich. Das gesamte Team sorgt dafür, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an vollkommen wohlfühlt. Die Anlage selbst ist ein Ort der puren Erholung – ruhig, exklusiv und perfekt organisiert. Alles funktioniert reibungslos, ohne dass man es überhaupt bemerkt. Kulinarisch ebenfalls auf höchstem Niveau: Das Essen war durchweg exzellent, abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Besonders hervorzuheben sind auch die Massagen und das Spa-Angebot – absolute Entspannung garantiert. Ein weiteres Highlight war, wieder interessante und sympathische Menschen kennenzulernen, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich bereichert hat.

The team at Naka Island is amazing! Ploi, our personal concierge uber attentive and truly made us feel special. The service staff, Dome, Finn and Bank to name a few were amazing and saw to our every need whether we were on the Patanque court, poolside or dinner at Rum Chapel. Definitely worth another visit. Also easy access to the mainland to/from so day excursions like golf were easy! Thank you Team Naka Island!

Our stay at The Naka Island, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa was a beautiful and memorable experience from the moment we arrived. The journey to the island by boat immediately sets the tone, it feels like you are leaving everything behind and arriving somewhere peaceful, private, and truly special. We stayed in one of the pool villas, and it was absolutely stunning. The space was large, private, and thoughtfully designed, with a beautiful outdoor area and pool that made it easy to fully relax and enjoy the island atmosphere. It felt like our own secluded retreat while still having access to everything the resort offers. One of the most special touches during our stay was the surprise birthday decoration waiting in the villa. It was such a thoughtful and beautiful surprise and made the celebration feel even more special. The team clearly puts care into the guest experience, and that detail did not go unnoticed. What made the stay even more exceptional, however, was Finn. Finn was our server at breakfast each morning and also took care of us by the pool. From the very first day he remembered our preferences, greeted us warmly, and made every interaction feel personal and genuine. His attention to detail and consistency truly elevated our stay. Finn has a natural gift for hospitality. The way he connects with guests and anticipates their needs is something that can’t simply be trained, it comes from someone who truly understands service. He made our experience feel exclusive and personal every single day. He represents the resort incredibly well and clearly has a very bright future in hospitality around the world. The resort should absolutely hold on to him because team members like Finn make a lasting impression and are a huge part of what makes guests want to return. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would absolutely return. As a travel designer frm the USA, experiences like this matter deeply to me, and The Naka Island, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa is a property I would confidently recommend to my clients looking for a peaceful luxury escape in Thailand. Our stay on Naka Island was a wonderfully relaxing escape from the busier parts of Phuket. The speedboat transfer over to the island was fantastic, smooth, quick, and a great way to start the experience. Arriving at the resort immediately felt like stepping into a calm, secluded retreat. The resort itself is lovely, with beautiful surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere. It’s the perfect destination if you’re looking to switch off and unwind rather than pack your days with activities. There isn’t a huge amount to do on the island, but that’s very much part of its charm, this is a place for relaxing by the pool, enjoying the scenery, and slowing down. One thing to note is that the beach isn’t the classic, powdery white-sand beach some people might expect in Thailand. It’s pleasant enough for a stroll and the views are still beautiful, but if your dream is endless soft sand, it’s worth managing expectations. What really made the stay special was the staff. A few people deserve particular mention for making the experience even better. Maew on reception was always welcoming and helpful. Amine, a trainee, had a genuinely lovely approach to her role and made every interaction warm and friendly. The Z Bar quickly became our favourite spot on the island, an ideal place to watch the sunset and slowly ease into the evening. Huge thanks to Payu, Adi, Masaya, May, and Mew, who created such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere there night after night. Overall, Naka Island is a beautiful, peaceful getaway. If you’re looking for somewhere to truly relax, enjoy great hospitality, and watch spectacular sunsets with a drink in hand, it’s a great choice.
