The Naka Island, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Phuket

We had a wonderful stay at The Naka Island, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Phuket. The island is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature, making it the perfect place to relax away from the busy areas of Phuket. We stayed in a sea view pool villa, which was spacious, private, and extremely comfortable. Having our own pool overlooking the ocean made the experience even more special. The atmosphere of the resort is calm and luxurious, with stunning views and a true sense of island tranquility. Another detail we loved was the amenities by Byredo, which we personally really enjoy. We noticed the same brand at other Luxury Collection hotels we stayed at, such as in Nara, Japan, and Bangkok, and it was a big plus for us personally. What made our stay especially memorable was the exceptional hospitality from the staff, particularly our butler Ploi. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. She assisted us with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and made sure everything during our stay went smoothly. She was also very kind to our son and always made him feel welcome, which meant a lot to our family. Breakfast was an international buffet with a wide variety of dishes, including delicious Thai food. In the late afternoon, the resort also offered an ice cream service, and the lime ice cream was fantastic. Watching the sunset from the bar was another highlight of our stay. The island birds were also very charming — they were quite talkative and added a lovely atmosphere to the island. Our child also had a great time at the kids club and the swimming pool, which made the stay enjoyable for the whole family. Staying on this beautiful island, known for its dragon legend, made the experience feel even more special. This was the third hotel of our journey after Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, and we stayed at two more hotels afterward. Among all five hotels during this trip, this was truly the best. Thank you to Ploi and the entire team for such a wonderful experience. We hope to return again in the future and will definitely recommend this resort to friends visiting Phuket.

We had a fantastic time at this resort. We had our honeymoon here last year and came back for our anniversary. The property is such a gem and was the perfect relaxing getaway. The rooms are very clean, well maintained and included all the amenities we needed. The pool villas are so beautiful, quiet, and private, we barely left our villa. The staff is what made the experience for us. Our butler Ploi was very accommodating and great. The restaurant staff remembered us from the previous year and went above and beyond to make our stay and dining experience amazing. Special shout-out to Mai, Brian, Cookie and Wit. It was a pleasure to see them again and their kindness is greatly appreciated. And a very special thank you to FB director, Khun Joe, for greeting us on arrival and making sure we had everything we needed. He told us last year about the changes they would make to the restaurants and we love everything he and the team have done. This stay was so worth it and we will definitely be back and will recommend this property to everyone we know.

Location is good, service is excellent. Shout out to Masaya at the Z Bar. Exceptional service and great hospitality attitude, she helped my wife out on the sun burnt and gave us local sun screen and Aloe Vera gel. Definitely great destination for a sweet honey moon.

My wife and I had the most wonderful stay at The Naka Island Resort & Spa. More than 5 stars to the location, staff, and food. We took a taxi to the marina drop off and we were promptly checked in and whisked away on a short boat ride to the island. Once there we were taken by shuttle to our room. Our room was a very private area with both indoor and outdoor spaces including a private pool for our use. A very calm, private, relaxing area. Meaw, the front office manager was so helpful to us. Always with a big smile and greeting. So personable! Thank you Meaw! We ate in Rum Chapel and Aiyara and had great meals and superb service. Thank you Golf and Brian for such kind service. We ate breakfast and dinner in Veranda and were equally satisfied and blown away by the service. Thank you to Wit and Noey. Fabulous treatment from both of you. Check out the spa. You won’t regret it. Upon Check out Yaya was so kind and helpful. We had an early flight out and she made arrangements for a breakfast box to be waiting for us as we departed. The genuine kindness, smiles, and attention to details is unmatched. We were on property 5 days and there was never a thing missed. Finally we would like to thank Mr. Nils for his kind interaction with us. He runs a great property with a fabulous and kind staff who do not miss any detail. We will be back!
