Hotel Santa Cruz

I had an excellent time staying at Hotel Santa Cruz. The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are nice and clean, and the price is a great value But the best part of my stay was the excellent service that I received from Percy, the daytime front desk manager. As an English-only speaker it is important for me that there is somebody working at any hotel I stay at who speaks English. Not only does Percy speak English, he is also incredibly communicative via WhatsApp. It made it quick and easy to coordinate housekeeping service, room service, and anything else that I needed help with. Percy also kept me up to date via WhatsApp with helpful information about the Covid-curfew, and other important local information. If you are looking for a nice comfortable place to stay in Miraflores with a helpful staff that wants you to have the best stay possible, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. They also have 24 hour security.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the room was not in the best conditions, the bed and pillows smelled and the bathroom too, specially the sink. There was a lot of construction noise everyday starting 7:30am, very unpleasant.

The property is in a great neighborhood with THE BEST coffee shop next door. There is a security guard 24 hours and a locked gate in order to gain access to the hotel at night. VERY SAFE although I never felt it was necessary. The area around the hotel is very safe, clean and nice. The room wasn't as nice as some of the other places we stayed. However, it was CLEAN and comfortable.

The staff was outstanding. They were attentive to my needs. There was an employee that stood out the most called gabrealla. She was always trying go out and exceed expectations

When I arrive Lima My luggages had not arrived. I was very worry and concern. The staff work the extra mile to retrieve my bag with the airline company that I travel. I gave me access to facilities resource to obtain my luggages. Excellent staff

In all very satified! Ratio price/quality, great and helpfull staff. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and cafés. Never had to wait on uber longer then three minutes. Good food and cocktails served in hotels restaurant.

Water is not warm enough to go for shower. The beds is not in good condition

This is a fairly average hotel so OK Laundry and rooms clean The bar is great and Walter is a great host Other than that it’s nothing special but likely to be a starting point for organised trips where groups are booked here prior to departure through Peru If you can - book direct - save about 25%

Came here for start of holiday overnight with group and found it good/average in all areas. Breakfast was particularly good and the showers less good (cold). Good reception service.and access. Good TV.
