Hotel Santa Cruz

Hotel is centrally located in Miraflores, Lima. Hotel staff is very friendly and they have a great onsite restaurant and bar. They offer breakfast buffet and the room was very comfortable.

The hotel have staff members 24/7, you can request for an early check in at the cost of $40. Communication is ok. The staff were very helpful. I placed the do not disturb placard in my door as I went to cusco for three days and my stuffs inside my room were untouched. Building is old and the walls are thin that you could hear the footsteps outside your room at night. Overall it is ok, ill recommend it as it is close to most restaurants, shopping centre and the beach in Miraflores.

This hotel have two major problems, 1. Hot water is very unstable, either you get wet hot water or very cold! Shower time was a night mare. 2. Very noisy place! You could listen to every conversation in your room and all kinds of noises! If you stay there do not take a room that face the street, you are not going to sleep! The walls and floors do not have noise cancellation at all. If somebody opens a door in there room you are going to follow the whole process in yours! Other than that, the staff is great, food as well! And very well located.

Everything was great!! Staff was amazing, we even forgot a ring in the room the same night we were leaving and they figured it out to deliver it at the airport!! (thanks again for that by the way). Also, great breakfast and bar! The only problem is that the walls were kinda thin.. you can imagine the rest haha

El olor del baño en algunos momentos era desagradable

Although the hotel is in a safe and convenient part of Lima (Miraflores) the rooms are quite tired, felt a bit damp, and were very noisy from the street outside, and from noise from the open atrium and bar area. The food and drinks at the bar/restaurant were a bit overpriced. The reception staff and security guards however were helpful and the rooms and linen were clean. We stayed 2 nights before and 1 night after a tour.

The staff was very friendly, I really enjoy to stay in this hotel. The breakfast I found to be very simple and poor. Maybe they can improve a bit that aspect of the hotel.

Check in late but everything was ready to just grab my room keys

Great, helpful front desk clerk! Percy made dinner reservations and arranged a taxi for me at 4 am.
