Casa del Caribe Inn

Room was clean, no bugs, and the area felt safe with lots of food options nearby. Overall, a solid location for the price. As a solo female traveler !!!!! I was uncomfortable that my room was missing the door chain—there was a hook, but no latch. Morning staff confirmed other rooms had one, so mine was just missing it. I couldn’t fully secure the door, which made it hard to relax and caused me to wake up several times during the night. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to bring it up to night staff, as they had already left not long after I checked in. Tip: call ahead to make sure someone’s at the front desk when you arrive. Otherwise you gotta wait for them to come back. Before you can entire the premises.

The inside was a little bit run down but I didn't care staff was great and there are sister hotels you can use their pools the staff is nice there too.

It is is a good location, but the noise is a bit too much. No sound proof walls. Made it difficult to sleep at night.

Hotel was budget friendly and in a good location. Staff was outstanding and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. We will be back!

Is a good place to stay for like day or two. More for sleep and shower. Location is everything . And the price is great . But I notice people complaining about everything, please don't expect Ritz Carlton facilities for a motel price.

The close proximity to the beach

I think the only con that I have was like there was no windows. I love to see the sun and be able to look outside and the windows. There were locked, not able to open the blinds. I think that’s my own car other than that it was a very quiet location. It’s good for a night or two if you’re there lower refrigerator to keep my drinks or or ice bins which would’ve been nice to grab ice probably need a little fixer-upper, but other than that, it was very pleasant.

Hotel in Condado, the nicest are in San Juan, this hotel does not deserve to be in this area, Hotels.com needs to stop offering this nasty hotel, it is a lie and a rip off, it looks nice from the outside but once you see the rooms you are totally disappointed, room was old, dirty and outdated, windows sealed, we felt claustrophobic, bed gave us back pain Staff not helpful at all during check in while raining just sat there and watch us haul our luggage, no cover entrance up to the “check in area”, door kept closing and getting soaking wet and had to wait for staff to buzz it open , but lady at the desk made sure to tell us what the charges were Tourism Puerto Rico’s Department needs to shot down this hotel

Not bad for the price but it needs to be cleaner
