Catalonia Montego Bay - All Inclusive

I understand the hotel is going through a merger, from Holiday In to Catalonia ,so I expected a few things might not run perfectly. I stayed during the summer, and there was quite a bit of ongoing construction, which made certain parts of the stay a bit inconvenient. For example, we didn’t receive fresh towels daily and had to go to the pool area to get them ourselves. There also weren’t enough umbrellas around the pool, which made it difficult to find shade. However, overall my stay was very nice. The food was great, and the staff were wonderful—always friendly and very apologetic about the construction. I can tell they’re working hard to improve the property, and I look forward to seeing the finished updates in the future.

I loved the layout the beach is the best part for me but also the cats and other people Liked them too. I loved snorkelling I would come back for that alone. All staff are lovely

They need more huts or umbrellas when it’s hot off the chairs in the shade is taken and you have to sit in the sun.

Location was great bell man was exceptional, the oxtail was delicious the only meal I actually enjoyed.

Upon arrival to my room it the floor was extremely wet, from just being cleaned, my sheet on my bed had fresh blood stains seems from previous guest which would mean it wasn’t changed before checking in. I reported it to front desk asking for it to be changed, but when I returned and checked it was never changed. I reported it again and the MOD came along with someone from house keeping and changed it. The hall way was super noisy from staff calling out and chatting to each other. I was there for rest and quiet. The dining experience wasn’t so fabulous as the only hospitality I got was from the hostess. This is my second time at that property and yet again I’m extremely disappointed. The short female bartender in the lobby bar is extremely unprofessional especially how she approached me when I wanted an expression.

Mijn vrouw lag op de IC van het hospital ziekenhuis, dus voor mij was het lekker dicht bij.Zag dat prive strandje nice.

Dat je na je avond maaltijd GEEN ijs als toetje kan nemen. Dan zeggen ze in de middag kan je een ijsje nemen buiten. Ook tijdens het opscheppen van je eten glijden de soort pannen weg ,dat is best irritant.

The food was good and I appreciate the bartender he was very friendly and helpful

My room looks old has a old smell the bathroom wasn't clean nor the floor when you look underneath my foot it was black and no wash cloth inside the bathroom

The beach was good also breakfast.

Staff seems like they were never in a good mood they never smile except with each other, seem as if we had to beg to get service both in the restaurant and bars.Food could be better for dinner Room were not properly clean after checked still had the dirty towel on the floor.
