The food was OK 10/10.

The fridge was empty,power went out for 3 hours no Ac for about 6 hours and didn't even get a birthday gift .

The room was outdated, but it was clean and spacious. The food was good. You get a lot to choose from .honestly, my birthday was well spent. I didn't want to leave..and the beach was great and the guess was friendly and some of the customers service people was alright

The guys working in the bar I don't know if it's because am not from overseas but he took for ever to serve me and me and my husband had the same experience with them it's like you will be there asking for the food and they serve everyone eles then sever you ..

"The hotel and staff didn't meet my expectations."

There was limited options on the menu. Some food was overcooked and not appealing.

Too many cats were on the property wandering around in the dining room.

I am very disappointed with my stay. The hotel is not worth the amount charged, as the room was dirty and the bathroom in room 1239 was in terrible condition. I showed this issue to the front desk at check-out, but the staff member did not apologize and only told me to speak to security. This response was unprofessional and unacceptable.

Beach was awesome and resort was awesome for the two days I got to enjoy it. My issues were the flights and getting to the resort. Nothing but issues with my flights being cancelled and delayed and not enough time to get to connecting flights. 5 out of 5 stars for the resort. 0 out of 5 stars for travelocity and 0 out of 5 stars for spirit airlines.
