"Wonderful boutique hotel that needs improvement of knowedge and decorum of the front desk staff"

This is a beautiful boutique 5 star hotel. We had the grand suite which was wonderful. Great views and suite location. Breakfast was decent but way overpriced. I have had much better breakfasts at similar price. Front desk staff cordial but quite inexperienced to address 5 star clients. Except for Ivan who you should transfer into this hotel the front desk full time staff falls far short of 5 star knowledge and decorum

The lack of knowedge of the front desk staff. Except for Ivan they should not be in 5 star hotel. 3 maybe 4 star
