Four Points by Sheraton Hangzhou, Binjiang

老酒店了，店内许多设施比较陈旧了，周边维护不是太好。酒店WIFI也时有时无的。当然，位置还是不错的，交通也算比较方便。作为短暂停留，还是可选的。性价比，只能说一般

This hotel is big, so big that you need to walk 10 min to another attached building for indoor pool and gym. Breakfast was not good, but room was comfy enough, good service, okay WiFi, got CNN and HBO on TV; shower room was small. There's a small convenient store and a McDonald's downstairs, that's about it, there's not much within walking distance.

When we first went to our room after a smooth 17:30 check in, there was a repairman there who still needed to finish a task. We had to return to the lobby to be assigned another room. The front desk personnel were helpful and even accompanied us on the elevator to our new room. Unfortunately, the new room was not stocked with basic toiletries such as hand soap.

Convenient if you are going to stay in the Binjiang area.

This hotel provided excellent service in English. The building was a bit old and the decor needed some updating but it was a great value.

This is a long pending review. I am not the type who writes reviews too. I had the opportunity to stay at Four points, Binjiang and their exemplary customer service prompted me to write this review. Right from checking in to checking out , the knowledgeable staff provided a fast, courteous service. When I ventured into the city without a translator , Harbour from front desk gave me hand written directions to show the taxis and locals to help get around. The buck didn't stop there, he also added me onwechat to make sure I was safe. It is things like this that go a long way. I usually stay at the Marriott or Sheraton, this experience has definitely influenced my choice of stay. The breakfast and rooms very sumptuous, comfortable and comparable with Sheraton. I recommend this hotel! I wish their staff success

Location with walking distance to metro.

I stopped for one night for flight connection and I was surpised by the quality of personnel professionalism and care. The customer service manager Yoanna was superb in her assistance and efficiency. For sure I will use the same hotel during next trips.
