Four Points by Sheraton Hangzhou, Binjiang

The location of this hotel is good for bussiness. It is about 45 minutes' driven from Hangzhou International Airport. Thanks for upgrade, quite and nice rooms. Happy hour is 5pm to 7pm,lots of drinks. I like it very much, and Baer's Smile is fascinating. This may be the reason why I stay here.

호텔은 가격 대비 매우 좋음. 단, 관광지나 시내는 매우 멀다. 서호는 택시로 30위안 내외... 전철 4호선 빈장역 이용해 항저우동역 이용 가능하나, 호텔서 역까지 도보로 5~6백미터 됨. 호텔 건물 별도에 수영장과 헬스장이 있으며, 수영장은 1.9미터 깊이도 있으니 애들과 이용시 별도풀장 이용 필요. 직원 매우 친절함. 영어는 보통 수준임 내부에 식당 있으나 이용하진 못함. 반경 1백미터 내 맥도날드와 편의점, 인도식당이 있어 중국음식 안 맞으면 이용하면 됨 미니바는 정말 허접하니, 주변 편의점 활용 필요 택시 잘 안 잡히니 호텔측에 출발 전 미리 요청할 것. 또한, 체크아웃 후에도 짐 맡기는 게 가능하니 잘 활용하면, 좋을 듯 항저우 여행 1일 패키지가 없음. 1일 패키지는 시내호텔에 있다고 함, 필요시 문의 필요

Nice location. Nice staff. Clean room. Very professional services.

This hotel was selected for me by local friends while I was attending a festival hosted by a university located close to the hotel. Most of staff spoke English. Had a few English channels on tv including CNN. Breakfast buffet was very large with items to please all nationalities and religions. Similar to any convention-type hotel in the US.

I choose this place on recommendations from my friends, and it did not disappoint in any way. A great place to stay, good location, great staff and good rooms. The hotel is maintained and managed very well, the rooms very neat and tidy kudos to the house keeping team. A special mention to the concierge team and restaurant staff. The chief concierge “Harbour” needs special mention. He and his team is always happy to help and they go over and beyond to make you welcomed and help you wether it is booking cabs, suggesting sightseeing, planning your weekends, eat outs etc.. Thank you “Harbour”. Like the Concierge and Front Desk team, special shout out to the restaurant team, they ensure they know the customer and his needs. I had to repeat couple of times as to how my morning tea need to be. From then on whenever I go, the tea is ready even without asking for it. Thank you Evelyn and Team. All in all an experience worth remembering for a long time. Thank you Four Points by Sheraton at Binjiang team...!!!

No English speaking staff, unable to process the simplest request. Poor AC never below 26c in my room.

There many nice facilities surrounding the hotel. The area is safe and quiet.
