Comfortable room and king bed. Friendly staff, and good location

appalling!!! Had to take my luggage up to the hotel room myself. No one spoke a singe word of english. They did not know what what ice is!!! No communication skills at all. would not recommend anyone staying in this hotel. When i arrived at the hotel i booked for 2 nights, they said they only has a booking for 1 night.

The stay has been very comfortable. The staff is courteous and assists to book cabs for foreigners in China. The rooms are splendid. Brilliant stay with no complaints. Moreover, the indian restaurant opposite hotel makes it a big plus.

Excellent Binjiang location. Loved the hillside views, the stout train whistles and spacious quiet room. Wish the outside windows were clean. Wish the Dry and Steam sauna were steam cleaned with pressure wash. Loved the breakfast buffet and room service was excellent. Even visited by F&B Mngr was nice.

This hotel location is close to the city and have a quiet and clean environment. the hotel might be very big, so i take the room then walk to the room almost a few minute, it's look like quite long way. hotel lobby have singer to do the performance at the night time, but it seem not enough waiter to have a good service. basically, i can say this hotel is also a good choice when i stay in Hangzhou.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. It was really quiet, had great views, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh food, the rooms were spacious and clean, each room had air-conditioning you could change as you were pleased (I dislike hotels where it is operated centrally), and it had lovely staff. I must say, in general I would prefer the staff to have a better level of English. Having said that, we felt lucky as we consulted all our queries with Harbour at the Concierge. He has great English, was highly knowledgeable and thanks to him we could get around Hangzhou much easier. Also he saved our trip to Wuzhen when he advised us to take our passports (you need your passport to travel on bus if travelling to another town - this was new to us as you definitely don't need it in another parts of the world we travelled in). Thank you Harbour! Also what we loved is that the hotel is nearby different bus public transport, underground, it had lots of local restaurants nearby and it was close to the Powerlong Mall.

We stayed in the hotel with recommendation of the supplier that we would like to visit. The hotel is decent business hotel in business area. The hotel is still some distance away from west lake that Hangzhou is famous of. I do not recommend to stay in this hotel if your main objective is to visit west lake.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights when traveling to Hangzhou for a conference. Impressive room that had a great view of the surrounding area. Beautiful night scenery to go back to every night coupled with a beautiful view to wake up to every morning. Room was comfy and huge and the bathroom seemed newly renovated. Diversity of food available for breakfast was also good where both western and eastern cuisine with a good range was available. Will definitely bring my family back again!
