Kindly note extra beds cannot be accommodated in the standard double rooms. All additional food and beverages for children are to be paid on-site. Please note to avoid overcrowding in our swimming pool, especially during weekend, Bank Holidays and all school holidays, we operate an hourly booking system. Children are allowed in the pool from 8.30 – 11.30 AM and 3 – 7 PM on weekdays and from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekend and bank holidays. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by adults. The last entrance to the pool is 45 minutes before closing time. Contact the property directly to reserve pool access The minimum age for check-in is 18Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Amazing value for money"

We liked everything, the pool, sauna, steam room, the hotel room also, the bar, the food we didn't have but looked amazing, the main hall where the stairs are looks amazing too

The room was fantastic comfortable clean

We were very disappointed with the evening service. After returning to the hotel at 10:10 PM, we attempted to order room service, but our calls went unanswered for over 20 minutes, forcing us to go to reception in person. ​We finally placed our order at 10:45 PM, but it took two hours to arrive because the staff had lost the order. We had to return to reception twice to check on the status; during one of these visits, the receptionist was occupied with their personal phone rather than assisting us. The lack of communication and poor organization made for a frustrating experience.
