Great location. Excellent staff. I was upgraded without asking. Complimentary coffee in the bar.

Big bedroom, with comfy bed and superb shower. Lots of carparking. Nice size pool, with gym and spa area. Easy access to road network.

Hotel is large and sprawling, so easy to get lost in !!

The hotel was very clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The rooms and communal areas were tidy, comfortable, and made for a pleasant experience. However, the standout aspect of this hotel was undoubtedly the staff. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their positive attitudes and willingness to assist really made our stay memorable and are a real credit to the hotel.

There wasn't anything significant that negatively impacted our stay, if I were to be picky the mattress and pillows could be better however overall, we had a very positive experience.

Plenty of car parking spaces. Nice and inviting communal areas Spacious bedrooms. Spacious bathrooms

Some of the staff service was questionable. Knowledge of nearby facilities ie pubs reception staff didn't know. Approached the coffee bar to order drinks to be treated with a closed sign that was put up as we stood there, they said they were too busy and needed to help elsewhere. 5 staff behind other bar yet only 2 serving and queue for drinks. Limited pool use 1 session per day, 1 hour sessions only. Children ( 14 years) being charged adult prices for breakfast yet classed as children when using the pool therefore limited access hours.

Venue facilities, our room, the service and food were all of the highest standard.
