The beer was warm. When I questioned the bartender she said yeah we know. There is some kind problem when the weather is warm. 1. If you know the beer is warm, tell the customer before has to find out himself. or 2. Fix the problem

Booked for girlfriends birthday and was told upon arrival we'd been upgraded to an executive suite for free! The room had air-con, a living/dining room area, plus tea/coffee, mini fridge and a safe in the room. Upon check in, we were given vouchers for a free drink each in the bar, 20% off our meals and a free hot drink which we could use to take away if we chose. In the dressing room, we had a pair of slippers each and a dressing gown plus extra towels. The suite was incredibly clean and very well presented. We didn't eat dinner in the hotel but the breakfast had a great selection of food. We saw gluten free bread on the breakfast menu, looked for the gluten free bread but didn't see any, although we were glad to know they offered it and staff probably would have provided it if we asked, but we felt this wasn't necessary due to the vast range of hot and cold food on offer. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always presenting with a smile.

Menu at the Triumph bar was very limited with burgers and pizza the main offering, not great for gluten free customers.

Stayed here for a night to break up a long journey. The rooms were really clean, the staff were so friendly and polite.

Trip was booked as a surprise gift for my retirement, gifts in room and welcoming message was very touching. This hotel is one of my happy places where I visit often with family and look forward to the next visit 😃
