Kindly note extra beds cannot be accommodated in the standard double rooms. All additional food and beverages for children are to be paid on-site. Please note to avoid overcrowding in our swimming pool, especially during weekend, Bank Holidays and all school holidays, we operate an hourly booking system. Children are allowed in the pool from 8.30 – 11.30 AM and 3 – 7 PM on weekdays and from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekend and bank holidays. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by adults. The last entrance to the pool is 45 minutes before closing time. Contact the property directly to reserve pool access The minimum age for check-in is 18Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Facilities and rooms are fantastic. Hotel staff are really welcoming.

I'm celiac and the options on breakfast looked a little underwhelming. Could have been a one off though and I'm sure if I asked they would have accommodated me but we were in a rush

"OK for a quick overnight stop."

Location. Breakfast. Most of staff helpful. Bathroom and room good.

No Aircon in rooms. Stifling and window had been left open prior to our arrival so even hotter than it needed to be. Food in Triumph bar was mediocre and that’s being generous. Bar staff complaining they were busy. Attempting to serve Guinness with a four inch head on!!!

Good location and nice clean hotel

No draught lager after queuing for nearly 15 minutes to be served. Reception commenced serving me but then answered phone and left me stood waiting.
