It was really good

The staff were so bad. Not the receptionist but the cleaners were so rude and bad. It was so disgusting and rude.

Everything fantastic stay great facilities

Good buffet breakfast for Carnivores, not so great for Vegetarians, could have had veggie sausages, fried halloumi in the hot section

Reception could have checked us in faster, waited approx 12mins while 2 staff chatted to a Customer about his discount.. We were also not told about the Swimming pool requiring booking slots on the website, when we arrived at 7pm it was no longer possible to take kids swimming -Adults only slots after 7pm.. Soaps in bathroom are bottles fixed optimally at Showering height, not so good for kids using the bath

Due to traffic we arrived a little later than planned. We were checked in swiftly and had been upgraded to a larger room. We headed straight to the leisure pool a little late for our 5pm booking. The staff were accommodating even though we were late and we had a lovely relaxing time after our long drive and were able to stay in for a full hour going a little over our time. We headed to our room which was lovely and clean and very spacious (we had been upgraded - which was a lovely bonus). I had travelled there with my daughter for a netball tournament so we joined fellow team mates who were also staying and headed into town for something to eat - a short drive, easy to park and lots of choice. We didn't do breakfast as we headed off early to Loughborough - it was so conveniently located straight onto the motorway and a 25 minute drive. Despite being near the motorway the hotel itself is tucked away and very quiet, excellently positioned for everything you should need.

I couldn't fault anything, we had a lovely stay.
