Kindly note extra beds cannot be accommodated in the standard double rooms. All additional food and beverages for children are to be paid on-site. Please note to avoid overcrowding in our swimming pool, especially during weekend, Bank Holidays and all school holidays, we operate an hourly booking system. Children are allowed in the pool from 8.30 – 11.30 AM and 3 – 7 PM on weekdays and from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekend and bank holidays. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by adults. The last entrance to the pool is 45 minutes before closing time. Contact the property directly to reserve pool access The minimum age for check-in is 18Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Adequate, just."

Breakfast was generally adequate, if uninspired. There was plenty to eat but with limited selection.

Once again, though the staff were working hard, there were just not enough of them. An event, with 400 or 500 people attending, is not the best time to train bar staff.

The layout of the hotel and its surroundings are lovely , very welcoming and friendly staff , the bedrooms are a good size and the beds are very comfortable, the facilities are excellent. Overall very nice stay and would definitely return!

"Avoid if taking kids swimming"

Nothing

We went with the kids just for the swimming … tried to check in at 3 was told our rooms wasn’t ready so we had to go out! Came back and was told kids swimming finished!! We missed it because our check in wasn’t ready rang to complain to manager was told they would ring back in 5 mins and never did.

"Wonderful staff, lovely stay"

The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay special

The gym was fairly small with not many machines, otherwise it was functional. That’s my only flaw!

"Not worth for what I paid for nor wanted to experience"

Toilet ventilation down...no control on room temperature extremely no good slept 7am for a few hours

The bathroom fan was not operating in evening midnight onwards...family member felt embarrassed to go use the toilet. I myself and my son had to leave my room an use toilets near to gym!
