Leonardo Hotel and Conference Venue Hinckley Island

Really well run , and rooms very clean .

Room was lovely, breakfast was amazing, staff were brilliant, helpful and jolly. I would recommend the hotel and stay again.

Unfortunately booked the stay during a heatwave and our only complaint was the room was too hot. Communal rooms were cool so was able to cool down downstairs.

They went out their way to make my little boy happy with sweets and balloons for his birthday

Son on crutches, corridor has slippy floor from changing room to pool. Jacuzi out of action. Breakfast somethings aired

We were there for 3 nights and had a good stay we had been upgraded which was very nice.Our room upgrade came in handy as we were meeting up with our grandkids.So there was a lot of room for them to play, as even though the hotel grounds are lovely.There was deep water areas in the grounds not suitable for young children to be near. Breakfast was good, there was a table menu as well as the buffet where and you could order poached /boiled eggs etc. We had room service, which was ok, the food was warm not hot but the food in the bar was excellent a good variety.The cost of drinks was not excessive, and they were happy to give you ice/ extra cups or glasses to take to our room. Parking was good

Breakfast was great, the room was spacious and the beds were very comfy. Despite being on the main road, it was extremely quiet. The pool was absolutely amazing, even though there was a big group of teenagers and no real control.

The extractor fan wasn't working in the bathroom and it was a bit stuffy, there could be more TP.

Loved the Triumph bar. We had a suite which was amazing. The hotel is huge and all the staff were wonderful.

I travel for work there fore have a capped spent,based and what we paid we could not have breakfast would be great if a dela can be done woth the company. My shower leaked but apart from that i5 was great
