The hotel-client relationship has significantly worsened over the past seven years. In particular, a few years ago, a very convenient hotel shuttle bus that took tourists to restaurants and ski resorts was cancelled, switching it to rare public transport, jam-packed and not always punctual. But if before it at least went regularly, then this year, essentially, once or twice a day to nearby slope and twice back. This year, the reception removed all local restaurant leaflets and refused to book any for guests (you have to call yourself from their phone to non English speaking restaurant staff - extremely unfriendly move from the hotel management), apparently hinting that guests should eat in the hotel restaurant, which is four to five times more expensive than the average for the area. It is impossible to get through to restaurants from the hotel phone - they do not pick up the phone (while from an international number they answer immediately) - apparently the hotel's relationship with restaurants has been completely spoiled. Leaving the hotel has become almost impossible, the hotel cannot book a taxi in 50% of cases, even if the order is made 4 hours in advance. It is extreme lack of taxis in the area. And no hotel car or bas - nothing provided. In general, it became impossible to agree on anything with the reception staff, to ask for or order anything. There was a feeling of their complete incompetence, unwillingness to help and rudeness. It is a pity, the hotel itself as a facility is quite good.

Close to excellent skiing. Helpful staff. Great private onsens to reserve. Excellent breakfast buffet and apris ski snacks. Very nice lounge. Outstanding French restaurant on site.

Room and onsen was great, spacious, free snacks, staff were helpful and friendly.

Far from ski resorts, need to rely on the shuttle buses. Breakfast could use more variety. Hard to get taxis to go around.

Beautiful hotel in natural location. Our room was comfortable with a great forest view and radiant heat floors. Natural Onsen, massage chairs, breakfast buffet and wonderful French restaurant. On site parking. Very kind responsive staff

Limited dinner option required going outside of resort. Private Onsen hard to book.

The hotel was very comfortable, included many nice amenities, the staff was very friendly and helpful, very nice installations.
