The seasonal pool will be open from July to August. Hot springs access available from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM.The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

"We really enjoyed our stay at Sierra. The facilities were beautiful, the room was spacious and lovely with great views."

Facility was lovely and extremely enjoyable. Loved the lounge with refreshments.

Shuttle times to get to the mountain were a bit random and inconvenient in the morning.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and such friendly staff and beautiful food.

There wasn't enough access to taxis in and out of the hotel and the bus the hotel ran wasn't frequent enough. We would try and book taxis the day prior early I'm the day and none were answering or available because theybwere fully booked. And as the hotel isn't located right in town you can't just wall there especially in winter.

Great resort, great dinner and breakfast. Access to ski is a bit far , we will need taxi to get around.

Sad to leave after 10 nights. Everything is great. Staff are lovely and helpful. Shuttle bus runs on time. Can hire skis on site. Beautiful private onsens.

Excellent location for skiing. Lovely private onsens. Comfortable lounge. Generous extras (hot apri ski food, bottomless sake & wine). Expensive but outstanding French restaurant.

Very limited ski rental gear.
