The Reef at Atlantis

Amazing experience,super clean- amazing staff at all levels. All restaurants we visited were unbelievably outstanding- they all accommodated the food allergy easily! The entire resort was fantastic- service unbeatable! The reef was perfect for my family- will definitely return!!

Some workers were friendly/helpful, some were not. Construction noise at the Cove was super loud. If I’d known there would be loud jackhammering during the day (shared pool/beach with the reef) I would have stayed elsewhere. Food choices are extremely limited on site. Starbucks and a temporary tent setup during construction for so so burgers and salads (if they have any in stock). And housekeeping was hit or miss. Some days they came other days they did not.

Overly crowded family resort with crappy bad restaurant buffet style food. Prices are ridiculous. Chaos with kids running through dining room and hallways.

Upon check on March 24, 2026 we were given a room, walking what seemed like forever to our room in the royal Tower when we got to the room, the door was open. We walked into room to find things laying on the floor. The bathroom floor is sticky so we called the front desk and housekeeping immediately. Housekeeping manager came the room was fine. Picked up the things on the floor and left the room that evening we tried to brush our teeth. The sink was so plugged up and maintenance would not come to clean it I cleaned it the tub was filthy, etc. my wife was appalled the next day the hotel moved us to a new room, but ruined the complete experience ofchecking into a beautiful property. I would never stay at this hotel again. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I am a lifetime Titanium Bonvoy member I am very qualified to give this review. The management staff just does not care travel at your own risk.

We loved our stay at the Reef. We had a harbor view room on the 22nd floor and our view was beautiful! Staff was friendly, beaches pristine, pools were warm and Aquaventure was so much fun! The grounds are gorgeous and Paradise Island definitely earned its name!

I love how gorgeous the ground were outside between all of the hotels; I loved walking through and seeing all the different ponds and fish and lush gardens!

I wish there was more of an option for a quick eat at the reef. Yes, there was a Starbucks – but that’s very limited. In a resort this large and for what we are paying, there should be more of an option for food at each hotel. I also wish there were more casual areas where you could get drinks instead of just B-Side by the pool. (I realize that the other locations have very many places – especially by Aqua adventure I just need specifically in between the Cove and the reef.) I know the SeaGlass is right there – but with a child, that’s not really somewhere you can go and hang.

Don’t go to this resort unless you want to pay top dollar for subpar food and rude staff. Tip is already included in everything which is already extremely expensive which means the staff doesn’t need to try to be helpful. Any other all inclusive resort would be way more worth it.

Perfect family vacation. Couldn't have asked for anything more. So many activities, staff was incredible. We never had to leave the resort.

The Reef was nice. But the hotel overall didn't have enough restaurant choices. No Clearly marked paths, we got lost. Expect overpriced everything.

Compré un regalo para mi esposa en la boutique del hotel reef y me lo robaron De la habitación un par de sandalias de aprox 250 dólares se lo llevaron con caja , bolsa nuevo … no me Ayudaron en recepción me hicieron Perder varias hora para nada y nadie de atencion al cliente habla español . Pretendían que pierda más horas de vacaciones poniendo la denuncia para que no devuelvan nada . El hotel es lindo pero que te roben malogra todooooooo . Si van dejen todo en sus maletas con llave ..
