Pool and hot tub were not working. Website failed to mention anything about it.

The location was perfect for exploring Ft Collins and the surrounding area. Close to a large selection of restaurants, big box stores, highways and the historic downtown [less than 10 minutes away]. Beds were very comfy and bedding was cozy. Front desk person, Adam, was extremely helpful throughout the stay. He even helped me as we ran through the airport to extend the reservation and upgrade to a larger room. The evening person on Monday & Tuesday, a white woman with long brown hair, was disengaged, focused on personal things and not helpful. The breakfast during the week was excellent and the attendant very responsive. The week-end person was not trained, did not know the layout, didn't put out the signs indicating what the foods were, allowed the pans to become empty before refilling them, have any overnight oats or chia pudding and in general struggled. The rooms were clean & well stocked upon arrival. After our every other day cleaning, the supplies [make up removers, soap, 3 towel sets] were not replaced. The pool area was clean and well stocked with towels. The spa was the right temp and very relaxing.

Cool place, easy going.

There was blood stains on the bedding, the breakfast was horrible. People came in and left to IHOP. We have stayed in other places from them and they have been clean and food was good. Just shocked about the conditions

Uncomfortable bed and the fitted sheets were old and didn’t stay on the bed. Stains on the bedding. The outside doors wouldn’t open with the key card during about half of our stay.

For the money, it's a very good facility and overall experience. Everything seemed to be very well maintained and clean. The staff was courteous and efficient. Our room was clean, quiet, and had evrything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean quiet room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good breakfast and great staff.

It was not a good experience. This staff was very rude.The only people that were nice were the maintenance staff.
