The hotel is great. Comfortable. Good breakfast. Great Wednesday evening reception! But the people who work here are amazing. In our hustle to get out on our last morning, we left a bag in the room. Mind you, not a little bag. A good sized rolling carry-on! We didn’t realize it until we got to our destination 6 hours away! This bag has our medications in it and some other important articles needed for our next destination. After calling the hotel and speaking with Sandy and Emma, they sprung into action to find the bag and then coordinated with Zach to bring it to the local FedEx Office store to try and get it to me asap. Mind you, it’s a Friday and it’s 5:35pm! Unfortunately, the store wasn’t able to get it out until Monday and by the time it would arrive, wed need to be on to our next location. Zach learned of the FedEx Hub nearby that could get it overnighted but he has less than 20 minutes to get there before it closed at 6pm. And get there, he did! At 6pm I received a text message with my tracking info and the receipt! These three employees went above and beyond to take care of me and my family! They are the reason we will always choose this hotel every time we’re in the area!

Workout room too small with no weights!!! BALL got stuck in basketball net. These are the 2 thing We paid extra staying with you for that was very disappointing.

Horrible service. Our room has no air conditioning in the middle of summer, temps getting into the high 80’s and 90’s while we’re here. The only solution they offered is a box fan and a discount. I asked if they could get someone to come fix it and the answer was just no. I went to open the windows in our room because it’s a first floor room, and all the windows were unlocked. So had I not done that, we would have been sleeping in a first floor room with unlocked windows. Would not recommend, stayed in the home2suites about a mile away the night before and it was great. Go there instead.

Good location and unique layout for family if 4

That Booking.com said I’d get a two bedroom suite but the hotel was “sold out” of such a layout. This sucks as it’s the reason we chose this location. Terrible bait and switch scenario. And you can easily hear people walking above you.

Hot tub was not hot. Everything else was very nice. Break Breakfast had a lot of options and was delicious

We were in town looking for a venue and decided to stay here since it was a convenient location. The hotel rooms themselves are a bit dated but overall it was a nice stay. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating which is always a plus. The rooms were kept clean and were comfortable which is all that you want at any hotel that you stay out. The location was perfect as it was near plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in case you needed anything. We had a great stay here and would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed the variety of breakfast options. Different options every day.

The pool and hit tub were out of service during our stay.
