This guest house features an interior that evokes a slightly retro beach resort hotel, creating a wonderful atmosphere. In the ocean-view rooms, you can enjoy a resort-like ambiance reminiscent of something out of a movie. The facilities, cleanliness, and breakfast are all satisfying, and I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance to visit Eastbourne.

Parking is on the seafront street in any available space, but if you don't arrive before 6:00 pm, when parking becomes free, you may not find a spot near the Beach Front Guest House. There are many places along the road where parking is allowed, though, so it's unlikely that you won't be able to find a space at all.

The breakfast choice was good, the breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything was provided as expected. The staff and owners were very friendly and accommodating.

The room is everything you need. Very clean and very comfy bed. Breakfast was good fresh and plenty of options alongside fruit, coffee/tea and juices. Perfect location right on the front and walking distance (10 minutes) from the shopping centre.

Nothing the stay was perfect. Maybe a hair dryer in the room but not a negative really. Stairs could be an issue for some people but not for me.
