Was impressed as soon as we opened the front door, could tell we had made the right choice due to the layout of the entrance lobby, decor and cleanliness.

Nothing really, we made the booking on Friday and arrived Saturday and had a room at the back, no problem, but we only wanted a bed for one night.

Really friendly, great breakfast, really clean, excellent all round. Short walk into town and right on the seafront. We had a downs facing room but it was still lovely.

Some noise from the next room (especially their bathroom) but not too intrusive. Might be worse with different room neighbours.

My second time staying here at the Beach Front Guest house , seline is a fantastic host and i couldnt have picked a better Impeccably clean and comfortable well presented place to vist friends and family in eastbourne. Other amazing comfortable quiet sleep. And the cooked Breaskfast is always amazing .
