Sedgebrook Hall

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed a good nights sleep. There was an excellent variety at breakfast which was fresh and tasty.

The only drawback was the pool was out of use on the second day which meant we couldn't enjoy it but we were informed in advance. There were no family rooms available so I had to book two rooms for my son and family (mum, day and two boys aged 3 and 7).

Setting was nice. Weather was good. Location was handy. Can’t thing of anything else.

Cleanliness. Very tired looking throughout. Not enough staff to maintain the upkeep. Dirty tables, windows, swimming pool area and changing rooms. Mold around the bath/shower. No air conditioning. No fridge or water in the room.

It’s a good location. The staff did go above and beyond to help us after we complained about any of the issues with disability and our safe not working.

It’s wasn’t as disability friendly as made out on the website. Our safe wasn’t working and they couldn’t get it to work at all. The tray was left outside door after room service and it didn’t get cleaned away till about 5 hours after we put it there and it made the hallway smell. The breakfast wasn’t brilliant, cheaply made food, not enough kept coming out. Tomatoes were like water, they weren’t getting food out quick enough.

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, good value for the price we paid. Nice quiet location with a good pub a few minutes walk away and within short drive of other good pubs.

Pool and sauna were fine as we were generally in by ourselves but would be a bit too cosy if several others were using them.

The pool and sauna were great and we loved the garden area outside as well. There were areas for children to play and it was nice to be able to use the swimming pool after checkout time.

It would be helpful to suggest the use of bonnets to guests who wish to use the pool (the pool water was not very clean). Bedroom slippers would also be a good touch- we didnt have any in our room.

I was there playing golf so perfect location to the course.

The walls was quite thin so could here anyone walking down the corridor. The TV was shocking also good job I was tired as only 3 channels seem to work.
