Not sure where to start, but what makes this place unique is the people! Customer service was on point, from start to finish! You have everyone working together to make sure people have good time, they are comfortable and they enjoy their stay. I was impressed that Mr Alaa is meeting customers, overseeing the process, checking if people need assistance or have queries. I would like to express big gratitude towards Ibrahim and Amir at the front desk who were available for guidance at any time during the day, Ibrahim who was supervising the food services across the place (there were a lot of those food places!!!)! Big shoutout to the guys who were working in the main restaurant during New Years night and made sure everything was smooth! We tried seafood restaurant and Nour and Chico were absolutely amazing, not mentioning the food which was fantastic. The beach was only few steps away and we spent more of the time there, all the guys there always welcoming and smiling! The DJ had a fantastic playlist going all day long, with foam parties by the beach! There was also a clinic in the hotel that we sadly had to use, and Dr Omar and Dr Ahmed and Malik were fantastic at taking care of me and my family! There is a taxi drivers available at the hotel to make sure you are safe if you want to go to other places! All in all I will have to be back.

Die Unterkunft liest schon einmal die an sie gerichteten Anfragen nicht. So habe ich das gewünschte Zimmer nicht bekommen und noch nicht einmal eine Absage zu meinem Wunsch. Es wird mit WLAN >25 MBit/s geworben, das WLAN ist instabil und erreicht noch nicht einmal 1 MBit/s. Das Essen ist unterdurchschnittlich, der Pulverkaffee ist durchsichtig wie Kräutertee. Auf meine Frage, ob das Kaffee sein soll, schüttete der Kellner etwas Kaffeepulver in meine Kaffeetasse und meinte grinsend: „Jetzt ist er perfekt“. Die Abendunterhaltung kann man nur als dekadent bezeichnen. Ein paar jugendliche Animateure hüpfen zur „Show-Time“ uninspiriert auf einer Bühne herum. Die schrille Musik dazu versucht die Peinlichkeit zu übertönen. Ich habe das Ressort nach 6 Tagen kopfschüttelnd verlassen.
