King's Pointe Waterpark Resort

The beds seemed new. They were nice and firm. The bathroom vent didn't work so of course, the wallpaper and tile was falling apart. We had a balcony looking over the parking lot, and it was usable. It was nice we could go out on the balcony and sit. However, there was a dirty diaper in the front yard and it wasn't picked up our whole stay Water Park is complimentary with stay! We had a wonderful time! Would be great if hours to pool were posted somewhere. Restaurant was great. Dinner portions are gigantic! Great park and lookout tower in walking distance. Food vendor showed up selling ice cream, and chimmerones. Bring your cash!

the staff is less then friendly, none of them are even approachable expect one lady in the mornings. They didn’t have my reservation when i showed up and the manager told me “how lucky i was” they even have a room, that may be true but the way it was said was absolutely disgusting. Our room had flies/ nats all over. they only give you a flat sheet for a blanket, the showers are horrible. this place has gone extremely downhill. they need better staffing, updated rooms & common courtesy for the prices they charge, they’re absolutely not worth it. Save you money go elsewhere.

The property is old - in need of updates. The staff was non-responsive to issues we had while staying there. They do not clean the rooms until after you've been there 7 days. Did not have a phone in the room

Ordered tickets from Orbitz. Then upon checkin, even after telling the front desk we already paid, were double charged for our stay. I figured this out after leaving and contacted a manager immediately. I was informed it could take days to a week before we see the money back in our card. Poor service and communication. This should never happen at any hotel. No microwave in room. Only pool available is at the waterpark, to which you have to pay to get in. No hot tub. No free complimentary breakfast. Very disappointing. Will not be returning. Too many GOOD hotels and parks to visit. You're not missing out! Go somewhere else.

Room was good. Kids had a great time. A microwave in the room would have been nice.

The hotel is clean, easy check and out. Didn't like that you have to pay for waterpark. Easy parking and kid friendly, it's next to a lake with playground and tower.

Enjoyed the location. Lake is much clearer, but now moss is able to develop. Room was clean, and shower was very nice.

Lakeview was so relaxing to sit on the deck and watch the lake...waterpark was adult friendly...the trails were flat for easy walking...the buffett breakfast needs work....would have been nice to order a good breakfast...but overall good...buffalo wings were amazing and the chef know how to cook a steak! Stayed 4 days would definitely come back!

I liked the waterpark for my kids but the communication failed on behalf of the staff and my 3day stay turned into a one day and i had to scramble to find another hotel because they booked my room for other patrons. It really put a lot of stress on me and mine, and ruined about half of the day because i had to deive to another town almost an hour away to stay there instead.
