King's Pointe Waterpark Resort

Huge room with double beds and balcony.Very comfortable.Excellent beds.

I had booked a room for my graduation commencement and had booked lake view with a deck... they gave me parking lot view. Bed was hard, only 3 small pillows, no comforter. Property is beginning to look old and worn... I have stayed here previously for one week each time and loved those stays. This was entirely different and entirely disappointing. There were no vending machines despite vending signs. It was very loud with people stomping constantly. Sadly, this stay was much less than ideal for a very high price :(

Fairly clean. Great service. Easy access to the water park. We will definitely be back !

The staff was decidedly unfriendly during the check-in process, which was the extent of my interactions with the staff. My room was dated but clean. It's essentially an overpriced Super 8.

What we liked- the waterpark and the view of the lake from the lobby qnd second floor. What we didnt like- the staff was understaffed and even though we booked a lake view room, we didnt get that view, but a view of the parking lot.

They overbooked and so we were not allowed to stay there. They paid Super 8 hotel down the road to put us up over night. We still go to play in the water park and that was perfect for our 6 yr old grandson. We were not happy about the inconvenience of having to drive to and from the Super 8 hotel with our swim suits on and it was chilly in the evening. We did enjoy the outdoors play ground the next day after breakfast.

Room was old. TV had bad reception. Picture & sound would cut out. Room channel guide didn't show right channels. To use the waterpark & pool area you had to pay extra. Thought that would be included in the room rate.

I liked the water park which kept grandkids very entertained but was very crowded on Saturday morning.

Clean rooms, bad pillows. Restaurant seemed to be struggling - not great service there. Housekeeping and front desk were great. Pool was clean although the amount of chlorine they used seemed extensive. After a couple hours my kids were having coughing fits and didn’t want to come back to the pool. Overall pretty good experience and we will be back - in the summer where we can go outside!
