"Good"

First 2 rooms had broken AC. Laundry facilities out of order. No hot breakfast due to convection oven out or service. Holes in towels and linen. Fire alarm system for building out of order. Staff was pleasant and room appeared clean. Worst Hampton property I have ever stayed at overall.

The elevator didn't work the motel was practically empty. The carpets were dirty, the furniture was very old. The first two floors were closed off so we were put on the 3rd floor with no elevator. We refused to stay and were given no refund.

"This is not a typical Hampton Inn experience"

The rooms were dirty, the ceiling had fallen in and was not cleaned up, the breakfast was bad, the elevator didn't work, the staff ( who appeared ill equipped to handle things) was non responsive--all in all a really bad experience.

No hot breakfast, pool closed 3 days, housekeeping didn't come or didn't leave supplies like toilet paper ect. Elevator out of order, leak in ceiling leaving water and plaster on floor, washer and dryer out of order. Bad, and worse.

"Horrible, disgusting hotel. BEWARE"

Bed was comfortable, room was quiet. Air conditioning was not working properly, elevator was broken, so had to take stairs to 3rd floor with luggage.. no soup or shampoo available ( I had some of my own, thankfully). Totally horrible breakfast, sour oj, no coffee, blocks of cream cheese and butter sitting out with no cover or ice. Yogurt in small containers but not refrigerated. This hotel needs to be shut down by health department. I would not feed my dog anything off the breakfast. Front desk just shrugged their shoulders when told there was no soup. Cleaning bucket blocking hall by the stairs and ice machine with no one around. Did not use gym or pool. Ample parking..

The pool was closed and it didn't say that on line the first room lights didn't work no shower curtain no refrigerator .

This is an old hotel that really needs updating. Breakfast was way below par. Very disappointed in our experience. Will not stay at this one ever again.

The key making machine did not work. There oven was broken. The breakfast was very limited, and what was there was not complete (waffles, but no syrup). No eggs or other usual breakfast items. It seemed that the place was understaffed, as there was no one to see to restocking breakfast items.

"Never again."

Room had a hole in the wall. Pool out of action. Laundry out of action. Dirty towel in the room. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was poor. Had an unattended barking dog in the room next door. To be fair, the receptionist did sort the oroblem out by contacting the owners.

Staff was friendly and efficient

This property was experiencing some very significant maintenance issues, due to lack of management investment. For instance, breakfast was weak due to failure of convection oven. Pool and hot tub were down for repair and worst of all the single elevator failed on the last day of our 2 day stay. This was tough as there were a number of older folks on the third floor. There was much grumbling on the part of guests.
