Ocean Coral & Turquesa All Inclusive

Our stay was awesome! It is always great at The El Beso pool, Riccardo is the best in the business. He is the reason we return year after year! He is very sociable, kind, attentive and the best customer care in the Rivera Maya. Carlos is great and know how to make you feel special and is very caring. Awesome stay, Top notch staff, and great experience!!!!!

Carlos went above and beyond to make our stay here to “ living the dream”. This is my 5x here and had Carlos as my butler 3x, he has went out of his way to get my sister flowers and so a use a vase. Continues to check up to make sure we are have a great time and if we needed anything at all.

We just visited the Coral & Turquesa with some friends. Staff was wonderful. We greatly appreciated our butler Jorge, the pool guys Jose Lopez, & Enrique in El Beso/privilege. Ricardo made sure our drinks were full and we were having a good time along with the entertainment staff. The privilege lounge staff is top notch, to many to name but Eduardo, Jesus (makes the best drinks), Emanuel.

Chef Antonio made us the best Vera Cruz style fish dinner - it was fantastic!

The weather was amazing ! 85 and sunny all week . Me, my husband, who is in a wheelchair, my sister and her husband went . Lovely staff , eager to help and make your stay easy and comfortable. Everyone was so friendly and the food was pretty good , though things have changed since our last stay, still pretty good . Had a special dinner for our anniversary at the privilege , very nice. Overall great trip ! Lots of sea weed , but that's all over the Caribbean . Elizabeth and Jorge was out butler and they were very nice.

This was our third trip to OCT, our second as Premium/Privilege. We love this resort mostly because of the staff. They truly do make you feel a part of their family, to them it's not just words. Our days started with a trip to the pool to find chairs around 6:50. The first week there it was never an issue finding a chair at this time but by the second week we did feel the need to go down around 6:00 a.m. I like their new policy that if someone is not using their chair for over an hour, mention it to the towel guy and he will remove the towel after due diligence. After fining a chair we would go to the Privilege Restaurant at 7:00 a.m. and were most often greeted by Adan, he would welcome us with such enthusiasm, it was fun that every day he tried to remember our room number and allergies without being reminded, surprisingly he remembered most days. All the staff at this restaurant worked together doing their jobs perfectly for breakfast and lunch. We miss them already. Much thanks to Eduardo, Emmanuel, Jesus, Miguel, Yldesano and Daniel. I apologize for any spelling errors and if we missed anyone. Already looking forward to our omelets next year. All of the restaurants were great but I'd have to say our favorite was the Mexican (Hacienda Los Girasoles). All the staff there were excellent, with a special shout out to the host Juan and waiter Alejandro. Last but not least, a very big shout out to our butler Elizabeth, for all the attention and help in planning events and a la cartes. You would be very lucky to have her taking care of all your needs. Looking forward to visiting again.

Amazing location and resort. Very clean resort and rooms (block 4, El Beso) were very spacious and comfortable with a large balcony overlooking the gardens with a slight sea view. The rooms were cleaned every day to a very high standard. I would have preferred to have a kettle rather than a coffee maker in the room. The fridge is well stocked every day. Unfortunately the front door did open out to the main driveway which meant some early morning noise as work was going on in the road. You could also hear other guests doors banging. The majority of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. You have to book your restaurant reservation by 10am for that evening for most restaurants. The system does NOT work when there are 5 guests in 5 different rooms and then when you do get booked in and turn up at the allocated time the restaurant is half empty. The buffet restaurant (you didn't need to book) was spacious, clean and plenty of choice. It did lack atmosphere in the evenings and could be quite noisy. The best restaurant for service and food was Blue Moon followed by the Mexican and Villa Marina - all very difficult to get bookings for. The cafe was also lovely for a cuppa and amazing cakes. The WORST restaurant for service and food was the Italian - food was very salty and cold. We went on 2 occasions and both times was the same. They try to get you to buy wine when house wine is included. Staff are rude and bring food at different times to people at the same table. You are freely given beach towels whenever you want them. However this means people then just use them to reserve sunbeds and then don't turn up meaning a shortage of beds for others. It would be much better if you had to pay a refundable deposit for the towels at the beginning of the holiday and they get changed like for like as and when. The beach is lovely however the hotel could not cope with the amount of sargussum (sea weed) to clear. The sea turned a muddy brown and you could not swim in it. I think they could have done more, like other hotels to get it cleaned early morning with a team rather than 1 man and a tractor mid day. We did 2 trips out with Dive It at the resort - both were excellently organised and well worth it. These few little issues didn't spoil the holiday but I could not give it an excellent review as I did expect slightly better in some areas for a 5 star resort. Note - El Beso will be changing to Privilege in the next few months.

I stayed in the privilege section and it was so worth it. Claudia was my Butler and she tended to anything I needed. At the pool, Jose and Enrique were incredible. Tended to all we needed there including fresh water and ice and towels. Lots of attention. Hard working and there at 6:30am. Was wonderful.

This is our first trip to H10 Coral and Turquesa and what a trip we had. Javier (the pool attendant was amazing and made sure all of our needs were met at the pool). Carlos our butler helped us “live the dream” and took care of our dinner reservations and all of our needs and wants. Such a great week- we will definitely be coming back!

Carlos our butler, Javier at the pool was extremely helpful, and Antonio the waiter all made our trip, it was our first time at the resort and it was an extremely nice time. The staff were all wonderful and the food (particularly for lunch) was exceptional. Better than many resorts we’ve been to. Overall it was a relaxing and fun stay!
